Got this from a junkyard. it is a true Super Coupe option. Someone took the 360 and the 727 out of it and stuck a 318 with a 904 into it. The junk yard had cut the rear end out of it along with the gas tank. They still had the rear end and it was a 8 3\4 instead of the 8 1\4. But one of the leaf springs are broken so I got a new set of Caltrack leafs for it. The next thing will be the Caltrack bars along with a rear disc brake conversion. The motor and trans will have to wait to be changed out. I will be upgrading the front suspension after the rear. Here are a few pictures of it. The new Caltrack Leaf Springs My next purchase will be these

Congrats. Another saved from the crusher. Who in their right mind would junk a Super Coupe?

After a long wait, finally got the time to part the rear end in today. Still have to set the pinion angle and install new shocks. Everything bolted right in, took about a hour to do the install. I will post a few pictures tommorrow.

WHY WOULD YOU TAKE THE REAR SWAY BAR OUT?

With the Cal-Traks the sway bar is no longer needed, and also there is nowhere to attatch it to the rear end. The other reason is the junkyard I got it from cut the ends off.
